What does it cost me? +
You can start for free, and a subscription plan is optional. The platform takes 20% only of sales that go through our payment gateway; take payments yourself and there is no cut. On top of that you only pay for tokens — the AI models doing the work. More conversations mean more usage, but also more subscribers.
What if a client is in crisis? +
The assistant can be set to stop the conversation at signs of a crisis and immediately share emergency contacts and yours. You decide what counts as a crisis and how to respond.
Isn't this replacing therapy? +
It isn't and shouldn't. It's a between-sessions tool — like a journal or a workbook, only interactive. The work itself happens with you.
What about confidentiality? +
You see the conversations as the assistant's owner; other clients can't. The client knows upfront that they're talking to an AI and that you see the conversation — it's part of your agreement.
What if it says something wrong? +
It relies on your materials and your rules. You see every conversation and can correct any answer.
Do I need to understand AI? +
No. If you build it yourself, Robbo walks you through. If you'd rather not, we build it for you.
Where does it live? +
Wherever suits you and your students: on our platform or right inside your own product — your website, student portal, learning platform or app. Students subscribe right where they talk to the assistant.
Who takes the payments? +
Whichever suits you. Through our payment gateway: students pay by card, and card processing is included in the platform's 20%. Or you take payments yourself — then all 100% is yours, and you only pay for tokens.
